What information should be on a Company Letterhead?

Once you have your company logo in place, most businesses will require a Company Letterhead. You should include essential information, such as your business name, address, contact details and VAT number (if applicable).

If you are a registered company you must also display the full, registered company name, company registration number, registered office address and place of registration (e.g. registered in England and Wales).

What Should be Displayed on a Business Card?

With your Letterheads in place, add to the consistency and co-ordination of your Business Stationery, with matching printed Business Cards. Incorporate your logo, use colours from your brand and keep the design crisp and sharp.

A cluttered Business Card will be difficult to read, so stick with the essentials such as; company name, staff member name and job title, contact information, website and e-mail addresses, social media icons/handles (if desired), address (if applicable).

Our printed Letterheads are available in a choice of 100gsm and 120gsm premium white paper and we also offer 120gsm Conqueror Wove, with bespoke paper stocks on request. Printed on our Litho press, in Full Colour, either single or double sided. We can also supply printed or plain Continuation paper if required.

Business Cards

Our Business Cards are available in a wide choice of stocks, including 400gsm Silk, 450gsm Silk and 400gsm Uncoated. We also offer 450gsm Matt, Gloss or Soft Touch Lamination, 450gsm Rounded Corners, 450gsm Matt Laminate, with Spot UV.

Compliment Slips

An essential product and perfect for when a short, informal message is required. A Compliment Slip can easily be attached to a sample or quotation or included with an order or price list.

Envelope Printing

Personalised printed Envelopes draw attention to your business and allow you to engage with the recipient before they even open to see what’s inside! Easily identifiable from other mail, your envelope will not be mistaken for unwanted postal marketing. Our printed Envelopes are available in a range of sizes, styles and printing options.
