Can you provide a design proof?

All artwork designed by us is sent as a PDF file via e-mail for the customer's approval. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the proof is accurate and that all spelling, punctuation and information is correct, we are not liable for any mistakes once printed.



Can you provide a printed proof?

We do not provide print proofs as standard, if you do require one and it's possible for us to do then this will be charged for in advance, the fee charged will depend on the print product in question. Requesting a print proof will add a minimum of 5 days to your delivery time.
