How do I cancel my order?

In the event that you wish to cancel your order please get in touch as soon as possible. If you have already received an e-mail stating your order is 'in production' then due to our production methods it is unfortunately too late to cancel your order.

If a cancellation is possible then a charge of £10.00 will be made to cover administration costs. Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of the agreed cancellation will also be charged for, and deducted before any refunds are made.
