How do I place my order?

Ordering from Stationery Direct is easy...


...all done, you will now receive an e-mail with an attached PDF invoice for this order. We will keep you updated via e-mail at various stages of the order process including when your order has been dispatched.

How do I send you my print ready artwork?

Once you have placed your order online and made payment, the next screen that displays will give you the opportunity to upload your artwork to our server. Further information can be found here: Sending your Artwork.

I want to add your design service to my order, how do I do this?

Please navigate to the print product of your choice, select your required specification from the drop down box and click 'VIEW PRICES'. A pricing table will be displayed, the set design fee for your chosen print product and option to add this to your order will be displayed at the bottom of this pricing table. Once you have placed your order online we will contact you with regards to your design requirements. Further information can be found here: Print Design.

I'm a registered Print Reseller, does the above order placing procedure apply to me?

Yes, but to view the Trade Prices available to you please ensure that you login to your account prior to browsing our website, you must also ensure that you login to your account prior to adding any products to your basket. All orders are sent completely plain cover with no mention of Stationery Direct anywhere as standard, if you wish us to deliver direct to your customer just enter their address in the delivery details section.
