How do I send you my artwork?
When placing your order via our website you will be given an option to upload files relating to your order. If possible, please place all your files in a single folder and compress them using WinZIP or WinRAR prior to uploading, your file size must not exceed 100mb.
Please be patient as it can take some time for your file to reach us, please only click the "UPLOAD FILE" button once.
Are there any other ways available?
We can accept your artwork via any of the methods detailed below, if you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your order number with any artwork sent.
Via e-mail
You will notice that we do not display our e-mail address anywhere on our website, this is to reduce the amount of spam that we receive. Please
contact us via our online form requesting our e-mail address. You can then send your artwork to us as an e-mail attachment, this method is only recommended for files under 5mb. If you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your order number with any artwork sent.
Why does my/your mailserver reject my e-mail?
Some mailservers reject e-mail attachments with a large file size, to solve this problem please reduce the file size of your attachment by using compression software such as WinZIP or WinRAR. Alternatively, try one of the methods below.
Via browser
To upload your file directly to our server via your browser please visit our
file upload page. If possible, please place all your files in a single folder and compress them using WinZIP or WinRAR prior to uploading, your file size must not exceed 100mb.

Via a FREE online file delivery service
We can accept artwork sent via the FREE online file delivery service youSENDit. You will need our e-mail address for this method, please read the section above entitled "Via e-mail" which explains how to obtain this. If you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your order number with any artwork sent.
Last resort! Via post
If you experience problems with any of the above methods then you can save your file to CD/DVD and post it to us (address at the bottom of the page). If you have already placed your order online then please ensure that you specify your order number with any artwork sent.
