How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE to one UK mainland address, if you require delivery to a non-mainland address then please contact us for a delivery price.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 3-7 working days of receiving cleared funds (see Turnaround Times). Once ready, orders bound for a UK mainland address are dispatched using a next working day courier service. On some occasions some very small items may be sent via Royal Mail special delivery.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Please ensure that the delivery address provided has somebody present as all deliveries must be signed for. If you are not present when the courier calls a card will be left, you must then contact the courier service to arrange re-delivery.
